WINCON 2024 took place in Belgrade (Serbia) on September 23-24 in the context of the Runda Digital Day conference. Organized by WIN in cooperation with RUNDA, supported by Serbia Creates, and sponsored by Merlin and beatBread.
For the first time, WINCON was held in the Balkans, marking an important milestone for the region. Over the two days, activities welcomed new and enriching voices from around the world to hold discussions that help drive the independent agenda forward, fostering knowledge exchange and collaboration across the independent music community.
